Responsibilities

Manage file throughout litigation process independently and as a part of the team

Conduct fact investigations

Handle document productions and other discovery tasks

Prepare witnesses for deposition

Take and defend depositions

Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions

Review and analyze medical records and other legal documents

Court hearing preparation and attendance including oral arguments of motions

Trial preparation and attendance including trial team support and direct and cross examination of witnesses
