Responsibilities
Advise insurers on coverage issues involving general liability, professional liability, construction defect, and other complex matters
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters
Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, mediations, and arbitrations
Handle all aspects of case management from inception through resolution
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple matters
Preferred
3–6 years of insurance coverage experience
