They are seeking experienced Sr. Superintendents to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development, ensuring safety, schedule certainty, and quality execution across the project.

Responsibilities

Provide senior field leadership across multiple buildings or project phases

Lead and mentor Superintendents and Area Superintendents

Drive master schedule adherence and milestone delivery

Enforce industry-leading safety and quality standards

Resolve high-impact sequencing and field execution challenges

Coordinate closely with executive project leadership and owners

Support long-term workforce and subcontractor planning

Qualification

Superintendent experienceHyperscale data center leadershipMEP-intensive constructionLarge team leadershipLong-term commitment

Required

12+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Deep understanding of MEP-intensive construction sequencing

Proven ability to lead large teams across multi-year programs

Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Preferred

Prior hyperscale data center or mission-critical leadership strongly preferred
