Provide senior field leadership across multiple buildings or project phases

Lead and mentor Superintendents and Area Superintendents

Drive master schedule adherence and milestone delivery

Enforce industry-leading safety and quality standards

Resolve high-impact sequencing and field execution challenges

Coordinate closely with executive project leadership and owners

Support long-term workforce and subcontractor planning

Qualification

Superintendent experienceHyperscale data center leadershipMEP-intensive constructionLarge team leadershipLong-term commitment

Required

12+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Deep understanding of MEP-intensive construction sequencing

Proven ability to lead large teams across multi-year programs

Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Preferred

Prior hyperscale data center or mission-critical leadership strongly preferred
