Required

Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Preferred
CPA or similar certification is a plus
