Responsibilities

Perform Daily tasks as assigned, some of which are included below

Fixed Asset Management and reporting utilizing FloQast software

Facility Leases and application of ASC842

Lease evaluation and recording of proper entries per GAAP

Includes Long-term lease liability versus short-term and Right-of-Use Assets

Equipment Financing - GAAP application and regular entry

Reconcile general ledger accounts related to fixed assets and facility leases utilizing FloQast software

Secure Return on Investment analysis for current/ongoing, and some historical purchases by establishing replicable and automated systems

Complete personal property tax reports to local jurisdictions where applicable

Primarily utilize Zoho, FloQast, and Google Sheets, as well as other Google Workspace software, and implement usage of AI everywhere possible

Perform add-hoc analysis as requested

Required

Five (5) years accounting experience

Three (3) detailed experience Fixed Assets and Depreciation

Two (2) years GAAP proficiency
