Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they align with OPTYO's offerings to maximize conversion potential
Innovative Outreach : Employ creative outreach techniques to discover and introduce new business opportunities, expanding our market presence
Quota Achievement: Drive your success by achieving quarterly sales quotas through dedication, proactive growth, and a willingness to implement feedback
CRM Management : Accurately document all interactions and progress within OPTYO’s CRM system, ensuring a transparent and organized sales process
Tailored Research : Conduct in-depth research on potential leads to customized outreach efforts based on their unique needs and challenges
Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of OPTYO’s products and services, as well as the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions
Collaboration : Work closely with the business development team to identify target accounts and implement account-based marketing strategies
Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity and lead generation targets
Cross-Departmental Coordination : Collaborate with marketing and C-suite teams to align messaging and strategic goals across the organization
Feedback Loop : Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategies based on client interactions
Professional Representation : Uphold a high level of professionalism, embodying the OPTYO brand in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development or sales
Proficiency in CRM software and outreach tools to effectively manage leads and track performance
Skilled in consultative, value-based selling techniques
Strong attention to detail and a persistent, goal-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse audience
Knowledge of business development, digital marketing strategies, and brand expansion principles
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture
Preferred
A BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the sports and fitness industry and/or eCommerce brands is preferred
