As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will deliver one-on-one care, assisting patients with personal care tasks and following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
Help patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assist with transfers, walking, exercises, and fall prevention
Check and document temperature, pulse, and respiration during each visit
Assist with meals and feeding based on the patient’s dietary plan
Prompt patients to take prescribed medications (no administration required)
Change bed linens, keep the environment tidy and safe
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to clinical staff
Deliver care based on each patient’s personalized home health care plan
Qualification
Required
Current CHHA Certification through the California Department of Public Health
Reliable Transportation – You'll be traveling to patients' homes from Calabasas, Studio City, Sunland, Chatsworth, San Fernando & Surrounding Areas
CPR Certification – Current and valid
Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in spoken and written English
Empathy & Professionalism – Compassionate, respectful, and dedicated to patient-centered care
Preferred
Home Health Experience – Preferred, but not required
