Responsibilities
Lead projects confidently while asking questions when needed
Solve problems with good people skills
Work on a wide range of projects with differing materials in various jurisdictions
Fit in with the team and contribute to a diverse and creative environment
Provide hands-on support and mentoring to team members
Participate in shaping the department both technically and strategically
Qualification
Required
Current California SE license
Experience designing in multiple jurisdictions
Experience managing projects from start to finish
A knack for problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills, great teamwork
Great communication skills across all forms of communication
Ability to take initiative, confidence, and having an enthusiasm for structural engineering!
