Virtual Insurance Sales Consultant

As a Virtual Insurance Sales Consultant, you will engage with warm leads, conduct consultations, and recommend insurance solutions while managing your pipeline and maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads who have already requested information
Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
Recommend life insurance and financial protection solutions that fit clients’ goals
Build trust, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline
Use our CRM to track activity and stay organized
Participate in optional daily training sessions, team calls, and mentorship meetings
Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
Qualification
Required
A Life & Health License is required
Have sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
Communicate clearly and build rapport easily
Are disciplined, coachable, and eager to grow
Can follow a proven system and maintain consistent activity
