Office Administrative Coordinator
Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Coordinator. The role involves managing office operations, handling communications, and assisting with staff hiring and onboarding.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails for the Corporate Office
Maintain office supply/stock levels for running daily office operations
Sort and process all incoming mail
Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested by Management team members
Fulfil orders and manage shipping of supplies through USPS, UPS or Fedex
Complete proposal documents
Assist with hiring staff including, scheduling interviews, complete background checks and onboard new hires
Prepare, edit and distribute reports to management
Preparing various documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software
Qualification
Required
1-2 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required
Proficient in using MS Office suite
Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and oral directives effectively
Exceptional written and oral communication
Ability to self-direct and recognize needs of the office and staff as they arise
