Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy interactive eLearning courses and training materials using Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other instructional design applications

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure instructional soundness

Select the most appropriate instructional methods, delivery formats, and media (including print, digital, video, and multimedia)

Ensure training content meets accessibility and compliance standards

Continuously improve training based on learner feedback and performance outcomes

Develop and maintain curriculum roadmaps, training guides, and resource libraries

Monitor, assess, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend and implement modifications as needed

Support the integration of training modules into the organization’s learning management system (LMS)

Partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to align training with business needs

Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify training needs and desired outcomes

Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members or end users as required

Create and deliver engaging presentations and communications to promote learning initiatives

Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the learner experience and support organizational development strategies

Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
