Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join their global Cloud Operations team. The role involves leading the due diligence and assessment process for large-scale data center site acquisitions while coordinating between various teams to drive infrastructure growth.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end due diligence process for complex real estate development projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met
Prepare and deliver strategic project updates and recommendations to executive leadership
Identify and mitigate risks associated with site development and infrastructure planning
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting through SharePoint and PowerBI

Qualification

Required

10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, specifically in real estate or large infrastructure
Proven ability to interpret technical documents, including engineering and architectural drawings
Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for professional reporting
Strong understanding of commercial real estate development lifecycles
Experience in a 'client-side' project management capacity

Preferred

Familiarity with data center infrastructure or cloud planning
Proficiency in SharePoint and PowerBI for data-driven decision making
Experience with Adobe software
