Customer Service Member

They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Process service requests and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide information about AVW’s services, policies, and procedures
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus
