MEP Project Manager - Data Center
GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus in West Texas, purpose-built to support next-generation AI, cloud computing, and high-performance workloads. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems on hyperscale data center projects supporting AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Manage MEP scope, budget, and schedule across project phases
Lead procurement and subcontractor management for MEP trades
Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Commissioning teams
Oversee change management, forecasting, and reporting
Interface with owners, designers, and trade partners
Ensure MEP systems meet mission-critical standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of MEP project management experience
Strong financial, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage MEP-intensive scopes in fast-paced environments
Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment
Preferred
Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
