They are seeking experienced Data Center MEP Project Managers to lead execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

Manage MEP scope, budget, and schedule across project phases
Lead procurement and subcontractor management for MEP trades
Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Commissioning teams
Oversee change management, forecasting, and reporting
Interface with owners, designers, and trade partners
Ensure MEP systems meet mission-critical standards

Qualification

MEP project managementData center constructionFinancial managementFast-paced environment managementCoordination skillsCommunication skills

Required

8+ years of MEP project management experience
Strong financial, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage MEP-intensive scopes in fast-paced environments
Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Preferred

Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
