Responsibilities
Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case guidance
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Collaborate with firm leadership as the PI practice continues to expand
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney in good standing
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage cases independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Motivated, organized, and growth-oriented
Preferred
Personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff-side strongly desired)
