Responsibilities
Pre-load data into our MRP system, verify material certifications, and plan space for incoming goods
Unload trucks, inspect and verify materials (quality, quantity, documentation), and finalize material receipt
Ensure accurate inventory, track movement through the facility, and coordinate with purchasing and scheduling teams
Support machine uptime by ensuring timely material movement—both physically and digitally
Collaborate with vendors, delivery drivers, internal teams, and leadership
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment inside and out
Qualification
Required
Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environments
Confidence using digital tools (MRP systems, email, scanners, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and process thinking
Dependable work ethic—able to stay on your feet throughout the shift
Humble, coachable, and driven to grow
Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with all team members and partners
Preferred
Forklift experience or certification
