Director of sales

Responsibilities
Leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue goals

Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience in Sales Operations, including planning and executing effective sales strategies
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven ability in Team Management, including mentoring and leading a high-performing sales team
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
