Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, email, phone, and online research tools
Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified professionals for public sector and leadership roles
Generate and maintain targeted candidate lists for multiple ongoing searches
Support recruiters with outreach, follow-ups, and candidate coordination
Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation throughout the recruiting process
Represent WBCP and its clients professionally in all candidate interactions
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, research, or a related field
Strong research, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship-building
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong computer and internet research skills (LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Preferred
Interest or experience in public sector or government-related recruiting is a plus
