Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth processing of milk

Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and freshness standards

Assist in the pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging of milk products

Operate and maintain blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers for milk packaging

Inspect blow-molded containers for defects and ensure they meet specifications

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe production

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues, including blow mold machinery, to supervisors promptly

Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as needed

Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of production and blow molding equipment

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including blow mold operations, and report discrepancies
