Responsibilities

Operating as a point of contact to connect clients and account managers
Assisting CodeBlue’s solutions consultants with strategy for new solutions
Fostering growth and trust through frequent touch points and customer engagement
Attaining and maintaining set customer satisfaction metric goals
Learning the ins and outs of business development with solutions professionals
Participating in the qualification of solutions and service within CodeBlue’s 400+ customer base
Providing scheduling and coordination to your assigned customers to your account manager
Work directly with solutions and service to assist customers in getting their questions answered
Realize and accommodate existing customer opportunity for growth through monthly checkpoints
Collaborate with account managers and solutions consultants to set the pace for customer on-boarding
Maintain a stellar relationship with peers and the sales team from assigned base

Preferred
