Responsibilities

Responsible for the estimating, management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple survey projects and personnel

Apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects

Review and approve field measurements and direct and assist with preparation of survey documents

Conduct, and direct field surveys as required by scheduling or for professional supervisory and quality control purposes

Qualification

Professional Land Surveyor licenseSurvey experienceManagement skillsCAD softwareSurvey software

Required

South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to attain within 6 months with license from another state

Minimum of 5 years of survey experience

Good management and leadership skills (i.e. operating with a sense of urgency, managing conflict, exercising tact and patience, providing constructive feedback)

Working knowledge and skills in CAD and survey software. (i.e. AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation)

Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable at the Firm's standard rates. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check is a standard condition of employment

Minimal travel may be needed

Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
