The Client Success Analyst will help clients achieve their deposit objectives by supporting them in using Curinos’ Deposit Optimizer platform and managing client implementations and projects.

Responsibilities

Help clients realize value by contributing to strategic sessions and identifying opportunities to improve pricing strategy and overall deposit management

Unlock insights through data analytics

Explain Curinos’ proprietary methodology to clients, including Flow of Funds and price elasticity models

Provide clients with timely support for questions about both our platforms and analytics

Design and lead training sessions to help our clients find value in the platform

Lead regular meetings with clients and become their trusted partner

Manage project timelines and deliverables for client implementations

Gather and define business requirements for new platform implementations and/or for new client projects

Required

Have 0-3 years of experience in a related field

Preferred

Prior experience with retail banking or management consulting is valued but not required
