Responsibilities
You will shape and oversee the Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, business leadership priorities, and global client engagement objectives including:
Defining measurable outcomes to improve sales productivity, client experience, and operational efficiency
Serving as an advisor and strategic partner to business and technology executives helping to translate business objectives into unified experience strategies
You will lead the execution of large, complex initiatives that span multiple regions and functions, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
You will drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across business, technology, and operations teams
You will serve as the primary liaison between Business, Technology, and Enterprise Change Management for unified experience delivery partnering with Product Owners, Technology, and Business Sponsors to ensure projects meet defined business value and adoption targets
You will identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies across portfolios, and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain delivery momentum
You will develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans to sustain awareness and momentum throughout the program lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or enterprise change leadership
Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services, asset management, or fintech)
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills across global teams and executive levels
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, teams, and dependencies
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI preferred
Agile and/or SAFE certification preferred
