Benefits Analyst - Full-Time
North Shore Health is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of their benefits programs. The role requires both strategic and administrative skills to oversee various benefit structures and ensure effective communication and vendor management.

Responsibilities
Lead operational management of Health & Welfare, Retirement plans, Wellness programs, and Voluntary benefits
Champion and communicate Total Rewards philosophies and design communication tools to enhance understanding
Manage third-party vendors and ensure they meet performance standards and SLAs
Evaluate and benchmark company benefits through surveys and industry comparisons
Review and audit benefit invoicing for accuracy
Support the payroll team as needed
Assist with meetings, enrollment, and advising on benefits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of five years' experience in employer group benefits
Proficient in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
CEBS and SHRM certifications are a plus
