Developing and maintaining referral partnerships
Executing a structured weekly outreach cadence
Representing BrightStar Care at community and healthcare events
Educating partners on care transitions, discharge planning, post-acute care, and aging-in-place services
Tracking activity and outcomes in CRM tools
Collaborating closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure strong handoffs and excellent client experience
Qualification
Required
Relationship-oriented sales professional
Ownership of results

Carried a quota or measurable goals
Knowledge of or strong experience in the home care, elder care, home health, hospice, senior living, or post-acute healthcare industry
Understanding of how trust and education drive referral decisions
Preferred
3+ years of sales, business development, or outreach experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Prior experience in home care, elder care, home health, hospice, senior living, or adjacent healthcare services strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to execute a structured outreach plan independently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
