Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, faxes, chats, texts, and web inquiries
Receive and process orders for durable medical equipment and healthcare services
Provide accurate updates regarding new orders, resupplies, pickups, and exchanges
Deliver professional, compassionate, and timely customer support to patients, caregivers, and referrals
Troubleshoot equipment concerns and coordinate corrective actions as needed
Resolve patient/referral complaints with urgency and identify effective solutions
Follow all compliance standards, policies, and quality guidelines for every interaction
Maintain documentation accuracy and adhere to best practices
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving and solution-identification skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Active listening skills with the ability to paraphrase and summarize clearly
High level of personal accountability and emotional intelligence
Reliable time management and organizational skills
Computer: Basic Windows proficiency
Preferred
1–3 years of call center experience
1–3 years of healthcare or health insurance customer service experience
