Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping all heating, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and plumbing systems in the building functioning correctly and oversees maintenance of the grounds and all renovation contracts and contractors who do work on the building
Responsible for applying safety and health regulations and correcting unsafe conditions throughout the facility
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of operating and performing repairs to HVAC, industrial sized boilers and critical infrastructure systems, security systems, fire alarm systems, telephone systems, key and lock repairs, etc
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, grounds maintenance, and landscaping
Ability to use computers, software applications, and automated systems to accomplish work
Ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions; perceives the impact and implications of decisions; commits to action, even in uncertain situations, to accomplish organizational goals
Ability to work and communicate within a team environment and successfully manage multiple tasks, under tight or changing deadlines
Preferred
Certification information in areas such as HVAC, Boilers, Digital Controls, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electronics and controls
