They are seeking a Senior DSP who will provide oversight to staff in a day habilitation classroom setting, responsible for planning operations, staff assignments, and ensuring the implementation of individual goals and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of goals and behavior plans for the people we support; ensure that the Individual Program Plan (IPP) is implemented and documented

Attend to personal, self-care and other program needs that the person we support cannot independently accomplish

Monitor the safety and well-being of the people we support and report issues as necessary

Participate in activities as part of the treatment team that may include meetings, trainings and committees

Transport the people we support to and from day program and community activities

Maintain the timely completion of all records and reports

Ensure effective communication of daily work info and expectations

Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards
