Responsibilities
Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
Offer culturally responsive care
See clients virtually and/or in person (you must have your own office space to hold in-person sessions)
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians who would be joining Octave
Required to have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services (within the market we're hiring in)
All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers)
Licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD)
Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
At least 1 year of post-license experience
Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
Preferred
At least 2 years of post-license experience preferred
Training in therapies such as trauma-focused treatments or similar
