This role is responsible for day-to-day execution and longer-term operational performance across multiple facilities, emphasizing safety, consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping

Directly manage site general managers and centralized inventory leadership, with indirect responsibility for a large hourly workforce

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to improve productivity, quality, and throughput

Establish and maintain standardized warehouse processes, KPIs, and best practices while allowing for site-specific needs

Build and reinforce a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, ongoing training, audits, and corrective actions

Oversee inventory control, accuracy, and execution discipline across all sites

Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost control

Leverage WMS and reporting tools to improve visibility, accountability, and decision making

Support capacity planning, space utilization, and labor models to enable growth and operational scalability
