Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
Tackle personnel management, employee and labor relations, bargaining agreements, classification, and absence management
Qualification
Required
Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in: Accountability, Decision Making, Interpersonal Skills, Influence, Personnel and Human Resources, Problem Solving
Training in human resource management, business administration, or organizational leadership and professional experience in human resources (such as recruitment, payroll, classification and compensation, employee and labor-management relations, employer provided benefit programs, employment law compliance, or employee training) or business administration
Three (3) professional references, one of which should be from a former or current supervisor, including name, job title, and current phone numbers
Two most recent performance evaluations. If recent performance evaluations are unavailable, please provide two professional letters of reference
