Chief Financial Officer
Confidencial is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy and governance. The CFO will lead financial planning, oversee accounting and compliance functions, and partner with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic planning and major business decisions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy and governance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support business growth and sustainability
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, audit, and compliance functions
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in accordance with regulatory and accounting standards
Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and major business decisions
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic needs
Lead capital markets activities, including fundraising, debt financing, equity transactions, and investor relations (if applicable)
Assess financial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies and value-creation initiatives
Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integrations
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, ensuring strong internal controls and talent succession
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles
Proven experience overseeing enterprise-level financial operations and reporting
Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen
Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with boards, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Preferred
MBA preferred
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a strong plus
