Responsibilities

Develop and enact a plan for communicating about NJTSS-ER implementation and outcomes
Disseminate information on NJTSS-ER implementation and outcomes with community members, educators, and state leaders
Conceptualize and post dynamic content weekly for the website and social media that highlights NJTSS-ER implementation, associated resources, and testimonials from NJ school districts
Participate in meetings with the Rutgers Project Director and project team members to plan for content development and report on progress
Will be responsible for making independent decisions about communication strategies and developing social media content to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
Knowledge of research-based reading instructional practices
Experience creating and managing content for websites, social media platforms, and/or communication campaigns
Advanced knowledge of communication strategies is required to effectively design, schedule, and manage a dissemination campaign that increases engagement, reaches target audiences, and communicates key initiatives with clarity and impact
