Responsibilities

Serving as a point of contact for existing clients and maintaining/expanding client relationships
Seeking out new business
Coordinating meetings at industry events with existing and potential clients
Attending industry events
Tracking efforts and client contact via SalesForce and reporting on the same

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales, business development or a related field is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused demeanor

Preferred

Previous experience in a mortgage-related business development
Experience with Salesforce, loan origination software and document preparation systems
In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending operations, regulations and compliance standards
