Greet patients, complete check-ins, and verify insurance
Distribute and collect required questionnaires
Confirm demographic information and patient identification
Collect co-pays and verify payment details
Check insurance eligibility and coverage
Obtain authorizations for consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits
Support general scheduling and appointment coordination
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
Qualification
Required
Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Proven ability to obtain insurance authorizations
Front desk experience in a clinical or hospital setting
Comfort with collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Preferred
Experience with Cerner or other electronic health record systems
Previous experience with hospital or medical group workflows
Prior experience supporting a Pain Management or similar specialty clinic
