Responsibilities
Research for new prospects and build lasting long-term relationships with HVAC manufacturers’ representatives, contractors and end users
Follow up on leads and discuss different applicable solutions with the customers or representatives
Together with the customer or representative perform a thorough analysis of the experienced moisture issue
Generate technical offers as well as effectively negotiate and close contracts
Specify units for production and follow up on scheduled deliveries
Well organized with a focus on detail
Travel will be determined on an as needed basis and may require overnight stays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or business is required as there is a certain level of technique involved in calculating for each application
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Preferred
Previous experience in the HVAC field is preferred, but not a must
Basic knowledge in Japanese or another language is a plus
