They are seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator who will be responsible for the overall operation of Personal Care, ensuring that the needs of the residents are met through effective management and oversight.

Responsibilities
Supervise the Memory Care Manager, Scheduler, Health and Wellness Director, and Sales
Oversee all Operations for all of Personal Care
Participate in the integration of and ongoing training of the Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care program at the community level in tandem with Memory Care
Maintain medical charting and required documentation under scope state regulatory guidelines for appropriate licensing and corporate policies
Serve as the department representative and coordinator of the Quality Assurance program for nursing services
Labor budgeting with guidance from business office
Will lead daily stand up as the administrator
Qualification
Required
Hold a Valid Personal Care Home Administrators license in PA
Have knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other state regulatory agencies relevant to healthcare services
Have Good communication skills (oral and written)
Have Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
Preferred
LPN or RN Preferred
