Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of ‘co-working’ and an even deeper understanding of how our members interact and behave in our spaces
Assist Sr. Designers in space planning and test fit concepts as needed
Assist in the production of detailed drawing and concept design packages
Assist in the development of furniture and styling concepts and work with the procurement and styling team on finishing touches
Assist with the Integration of our graphic brand into the concepts and presentations
Attend project / site meetings where required
Play a hands-on role in installation, including sourcing styling items and dressing the spaces
Work closely with the build and procurement team to ensure the designs are ordered and delivered on time and on budget
Maintain Kiln materials library
Be active on the Kiln member network and contribute to social media content
Any other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Chief Creative Director or VP of Design

Required

Entry-level experience
Strong interior design portfolio
Proficient in the use of CAD packages. Vectorworks or AutoCAD
Ability to communicate your ideas through Visualization, rendering, and hand sketching
Google and Adobe Suite, Slack, Asana, and ready and able to learn to manage additional SaaS platforms
Understanding of ADA and office code requirements
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion and understanding for Kiln's mission and values
Willingness to travel, as required
Willingness to work in-person at our Lehi, UT location

Preferred

College graduate with a four-year degree preferred
