Associate Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Run a full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, setting meetings, product demos, in-services, closing, and follow-up
Build relationships with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff by educating them on the device and appropriate patient use
Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and support them through questions and next steps
Partner closely with the Territory Sales Manager to execute sales plans and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Support customers through ongoing education around disease states, treatment pathways, and reimbursement basics

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of outside sales experience
Comfortable working with patients, providers, and clinical teams
Coachable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in medical sales

Preferred

Experience with in-person product demos is a plus, but not required
