Required

Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of new platform services

Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale, high-volume, high-availability, low-latency systems

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated experience in the payment industry or supporting platform development

Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation

Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts

Experience with machine learning model integration and data pipeline design
