Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and repair standby generators
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Accurately diagnose and communicate any necessary repairs or part replacements
Use company-provided iPad to log service details and customer interactions
Provide clear, courteous communication with customers
Maintain a stocked, clean company vehicle
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with customers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds)
Willingness to work flexible hours
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Preferred
2+ years of experience in generator service preferred
Generac certification preferred (or willingness to become certified—training provided)
