Provider Contracts Analyst

Providence is a comprehensive health care organization serving patients across seven states. The Provider Contracts Analyst is responsible for managing provider contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining the contract database.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating new provider contracts, addendums and renewals
Creating, editing, customizing and updating provider employment agreements
Assists in tracking and researching provider regulations
Assists in the ongoing maintenance and future user development of the contract database
Maintains contract data content in contract database

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or Associate's Degree with 4 years experience
3 years experience in Healthcare Administration, equivalent aspects of healthcare or related industry

Preferred

2 years experience with legal contracts, provider compensation or medical group practices
2 years background in communications and writing of contracts
