Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of performance engineers and SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high performance and professional growth
Drive end-to-end performance engineering delivery, innovation in performance testing space, and manage stakeholder expectations
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe methodologies as a certified Agile practitioner
Perform performance bottleneck detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with product and development teams to track and remediate performance issues
Optimize and monitor Native Mobile applications for performance, profiling, and resource utilization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in performance engineering, with 4+ years managing end-to-end delivery and driving innovation
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter; knowledge of other industry-standard tools desirable
Expertise in at least one APM tool (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, PerfMon, Splunk, JProfiler) and strong root cause analysis skills
Experience with Native Mobile application performance optimization and monitoring
Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with architects and developers for requirement gathering
Preferred
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing
Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices performance tuning
