Responsibilities
Provides expert Facets application knowledge and workflow support that is global for a business area rather than being single process focused
These applications support core business processes such as claims adjudication, membership enrollment, financial processing, etc
Ability to step in as needed due to project issues or for overall assessments
Experience providing oversight and strategic thinking skills to ensure that comprehensive and efficient solutions are being developed and implemented without negatively impacting the current operating environment and systems
Expert level in Facets Workflow SME
Strong Facets configuration background in addition to other core processing systems (Facets)
Workflow Support SME is preferred with both front and back-end building experience
Additional optional expertise in claims, group, billing, provider demographics, pricing, capitation would great
Ability to write clear design specifications in Facets language
Understanding of multiple system application groups
Experience with querying Facets data via SQL or other backend tool required
Understand data model and table dependencies
Understand and have been involved in system upgrades, new releases, change packages
Strong technical and analytical experience
Good understanding of business operational practices
Experience in project lifecycle and deliverable dependencies
Experienced with root cause analysis of issues
Strong process and technical improvement skills
Qualification
Required
Expert level in Facets Workflow configuration and Design
Candidate should have minimum of 6+ years of Facets Workflow Configuration knowledge and also capable of documenting configuration solution design for complex requirements
Strong Facets Claims and Customer Service knowledge
Strong Facets configuration background in addition to other core processing systems (Facets)
Ability to write clear design specifications in Facets language
Understanding of multiple system application groups
Experience with querying Facets data via SQL or other backend tool required
Understand data model and table dependencies
Understand and have been involved in system upgrades, new releases, change packages
Strong technical and analytical experience
Good understanding of business operational practices
Experience in project lifecycle and deliverable dependencies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field required
