Responsibilities
Define, develop, and track business-critical metrics, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational and financial areas
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights; present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner
Analyze complex business problems within a broader organizational context, leveraging cross-functional expertise to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
Assess the feasibility of new systems or enhancements to existing ones; develop requirements to ensure solutions align with user needs and business objectives
Collaborate with department leaders and staff to identify, document, and refine business processes, goals, and system access requirements
Promote and facilitate the adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices throughout the organization
Develop and execute implementation plans based on established priorities; monitor progress to ensure timely and sustainable outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes related to materials, logistics, and production line performance
Utilize ERP systems and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Public Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution required
Proven experience in business process analysis, change management, and conducting major analytical or research studies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
Skilled in providing technical assistance, mentoring, and training to professional and technical staff
Experience developing and delivering training materials for assigned system modules
