Responsibilities
Keeping the Enrichment Center running smoothly as a welcoming, well-organized hub for families, self-advocates, volunteers, and community partners
Provides administrative, communications, volunteer coordination, and event-planning support to help programs and events run effectively and consistently
Manages day-to-day coordination and preparation
Partnering with the Executive Director and broader community as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in nonprofit administration, communications support, volunteer coordination, or program assistance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM databases, Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic WordPress editing
Experience creating short-form video content for social media using a smartphone or basic editing tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workflows in a collaborative environment
Comfort working with individuals with Down syndrome and developmental disabilities
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required within 60 days of hire)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (reasonable accommodations may be made)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in communications, nonprofit management, human services, or a related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
