Responsibilities

Support customer collections by tracking outstanding invoices and following up with customers

Post and apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts in the ERP system

Assist with A/R aging analysis and escalation of past due balances

Collaborate with SalesOps and Customer Success teams to resolve billing and payment issues

Prepare various balance sheet reconciliations and posting journal entries for assigned areas, included but not limited to: Cash, Fixed Assets & Intangible Assets, Prepaid Expenses, Unbilled expenses and revenue, Intercompany, Accrued Expenses, Deferred Revenue

Support month-end close processes, including reviewing AP bill coding and variance analysis, posting necessary reclasses

Support year-end audit and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Assist with contract line items and billing schedules into the system (e.g., Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Zuora)

Assist with monthly billing processes, invoice generation, and validation of data

Participate in system implementations or upgrades

Document workflows and standard operating procedures for recurring tasks

Support cross-functional teams (SalesOps, Customer Success, Finance) with data entry and troubleshooting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1–3 years of accounting or finance internship/full-time experience, preferably in SaaS or a tech environment

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and CRM tools

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
