Responsibilities
Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio
Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients
Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis
Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity
Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
Excited and comfortable working with established brands
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent
Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc
Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of G-suite & excel
Must be inquisitive and proactive
Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates
Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes and objectives)
Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV
